Cheyenne Thanksgiving continues the 90+ year outreach mission of First Christian Church. RightSide LeftSide Consulting LLC took over program management in 2021. In 2024, operations moved under RUNT (Raising Up Nonprofits Together) while maintaining an active partnership with First Christian Church and expanding community partnerships.
This program builds on First Christian Church’s legacy:
- Christmas outreach since 1931
- Decades of community meal programs
- Continued mission of “feeding the hungry”
Join us in making Thanksgiving possible for 350 families. Volunteer on November 22 to assemble meal boxes or help collect donated items from our community collection sites throughout early November. Businesses, churches, and organizations can sign up as collection sites to gather shelf-stable items during our drive. If you or someone you know is shut-in or has mobility challenges, register for home delivery—we’ll bring a complete Thanksgiving box directly to your door. Every role matters. Every person counts.
Distribution of boxes will be on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 4 pm to 6 pm in drive-thorugh style or until all boxes have been distributed. Home delivery of boxes will be on Sunday, November 23, 2025.
